According to General Cunningham and Captain H. Mackenzie, the construction of the existing walls of Gujarat is attributed to a Gujjar Ali Khan on the ruins of Adnagri, whose name bears a striking resemblance to that of Raja Alhana of Gujjar. Between 883 and AD 901, defeated by Sangakkara, during the reign of Mughal Emperor Akbar the Great, Gujarat was restored as a bazaar and military base. During British rule, Gujarat was made the district headquarters.

The college attracted students from Attic, Jhelum, Mianwali, and Sargodha districts as well as Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Gujarat. The Zamindar Educational Association established a high school in 1921 and a zamindar college in 1937. For this reason, Gujarat was declared the province of Punjab in Greece. In 2003, the Punjab government, under the leadership of then Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervez Elahi, set up a UOG on vacant land adjacent to the shrine of a Mughal saint, Hafiz Muhammad Hayat.

We see that there are not many fields of study in this modern age. Students can apply in the fields of medicine, engineering, humanities, and any other field they want. But in order to enter the field of desire, students have to run fast to break the ribbon of the race track. The merit system should be applied in the admission process as it is a merit system that highlights the real abilities of the students and it helps the students who really deserve the seats available in any field of study. This will give the nation or country great leaders so that there can be a lot of development in the future.
